Design of an information- and management system about the policy of spatial quality-management (‘welstand’) in the Netherlands . The system has a front office (information part) to inform civilians and experts about the current policy of a particular area. The system also has a back office for easy administration and management of this information. The whole system supports the new working methods of policy keepers (‘welstandscommissies’) and helps them to work with professional, more transparent and efficient methods.
